How long is the delivery time?

The estimated delivery time depends on the country.

The Netherlands 1-8 business days.

How wil my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped safely. We want all our products to be delivered accordingly to our customers.


 

Returns & Exchanges
How do I return or exchange an item I ordered?

– The products must still have the original TRES Clothing labels attached on.
The costs incurred for returning an item are at customers’ own costs.
– The products must be not be washed or worn.
– The products must be returned within 30 days after you received them.


Wil I get the full amount of my order refunded?

Yes, you will get the full amount back.


Can I return my order if I placed it during regular sale?

The products that are purchased in our regular sale will be fully refunded if returned.


When do I get my refund?

As soon as we receive your return, it will take about 7 to 10 days to process your refund.


I have received a damaged product, what should i do?

First of all please contact our customer service for more details and information. A product will be returned for faulty if it has failed to live up to its life expectancy and is covered by our warranty policy. The warranty policy is dependent on the product category and reason for failure. An item can not be returned for faulty if it isn’t covered by our warrant policy or if the item was damaged whilst being used in a way that it was not intended.


What if my return is not accepted?

A return will only be declined if it is contrary to our warranty policy. If an order is being sent back we can not give you credit  for it and we also will not return it to back to the sender. A Paypal payment for the shipping costs will be taken if you would like it shipped back, otherwise it will remain in our returns centre for 90 days before being discarded. Shipping costs will vary based on your country of residence.


Online orders
Do I need to make an account to order something online?

You do not need an account to order something on our website. TRES Clothing gives you the choice of making an account or not, whichever is easiest for you.


How can I cancel my order?

Yes you can cancel your order. Keep in mind that not orders can be cancelled because the process of shipping your order will already be underway. If you cancel an order please don’t wait too long.

Will there be any additional costs added to my order?

Orders within the Netherlands will not be subjected to any additional charges. For countries outside the Netherlands there will be additional charges added by your local customs. These fees are paid to the local carrier and customs and are not collected by TRES Clothing.
